OUR RETURN POLICY

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your belongclothingshop.com purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept the return of items that are unwashed, unworn, and unaltered with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice for online orders, or purchase information from your printed store receipt, within 30 days of order.
  • Customers may return item(s) within 30 days of the order shipment date or in-store purchase date.
  • Select limited-edition styles are eligible for return within 7-14 business days of the shipping date.
  • Please allow up to 20 days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.
 
OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to make an exchange you may do so, as long as it is for the same item (at the same price) in a different size or color.
 
• Your exchange order will be processed immediately with free shipping. We’ll also provide a free return label for your new order.

• Please return the exchanged item(s) within 4 business days of initiating the exchange online.

We always hope you are happy with your Belongclothingshop.com purchases, but if you are not, we gladly accept returns for unwashed, unworn, and unaltered items with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice. For all returns, we provide a prepaid shipping label free of charge.

Start a Free Online Return or Exchange:

  1. Print your shipping label. If you’re unable to print the label, bring your return confirmation email to the carrier location for assistance.
  2. Pack up your return. Place your item(s) AND the packing slip inside a sturdy container, such as the one your merchandise came in. Remove or mark out any old addresses and barcodes. Tape up your package and affix your shipping label to the outside.
  3. Ship it back to us. Drop off your package at the nearest carrier location. For exchanges, please return the product(s) within four business days of processing your exchange. Once your package ships, use the link in your confirmation email to track its progress.
  4. If this is an exchange, your new product(s) will be processed immediately and shipped for free.
  5. If you are returning in store, bring along your return item(s) and return label. Our sales associates will be happy to help complete your return.

Return a Purchase Made In-Store

For items purchased at a mask wearhouse or Be Long store. please visit our Store.

This address can only be used to return items purchased at Belongclothingshop.com. If you would like to return items purchased elsewhere, please return the items to the original place of purchase or Contact Us and we will be happy to assist you.

Please allow up to 20 days for us to receive and process your return. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing. We will credit your original form of payment unless otherwise specified.

Merchandise purchased at Belongclothingshop.com can be returned to mask wearhouse clothing store or Be Long store. You must have your packing slip with you at the time of return.

Returns must follow the guidelines in our return policy. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. You can use the store locator on our website to find a store you.

Orders placed with Standard shipping will typically be delivered in 2 business days from order date. Shipping estimates for most items are based on orders placed before 3 p.m. Monday – Friday (excluding holidays) and 11 a.m. for customized items. Please note your estimated delivery date at checkout depending on shipping method selected.

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders should arrive as specified above. Please note that the estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Your estimated delivery date will be shown during checkout and included in your order confirmation email. Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Be long reserves the right to send packages via other shipping methods based on the shipping destination as long as orders will still arrive within the arrival times outlined on Belongclothingshop.com.

When you choose the One day delivery option, packages are delivered Monday through Friday 8AM to 8PM. Orders sent by Fast, 2-Business-Day or 1-Business Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8AM to 8PM for residential address deliveries and 8AM – 5PM for commercial business address deliveries. We recommend choosing Fast, 2-Business-Day or 1-Business Day delivery if you are shipping your package to a business address. You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.

 

Same Day Delivery
 
The Same Day Delivery option allows you to shop online and have your order delivered the same day and is only available in select locations. Add your Same Day Delivery eligible products to cart and proceed to checkout. Choose the “Same Day Delivery” option and fill in contact details for the order. Orders placed before 2 PM local time will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM local time will be delivered the next day.
ORDER STATUS
 
We will send an email confirming the details of your order and the shipping method. The email will include a tracking link.
 
You may check your order status through the Order History area of My Account or the Track My Orders option. You can also contact a Customer Assistance representative at +94 37 222 6811. Your Order History lists the current status of pending orders.
 
SHIPPING STATUS
 
If you have a registered account with Belongclothingshop.com, it is easy to check the status of your orders. Simply go to Order History under Order Information. From there, click on any order number for its complete order details, including its tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the shipping carrier’s website, where you can follow the progress of your shipment(s).
 
If you do not have a Belongclothingshop.com account yet, set one up under My Account. You also can track an order by entering your order number and billing ZIP code under Check Order.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.
